Well, the (LISP BULLETIN) is back again.
It was invented, a long time ago, by Daniel G. Bobrow, and a first
issue was published in SIGPLAN, September 1969.
The bulletin has exceptionnally deep roots and cannot be pulled free.
So now here is the second issue (which explains the ←#2 on the cover).
We think that the main purpose of the (LISP BULLETIN) is to make
easier the communication between members of the LISP community.
